Erectile Dysfunction, commonly referred to as ED, is a sexual health issue that many men face. It's characterized by the inability to maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. There are several potential causes, including hormonal imbalances, poor blood flow, and psychological issues. Moreover, a poor diet can lead to drops in testosterone, a hormone crucial for sexual function, which can cause low sex drive and ED.
